This is a fantastic chocolate that is easy to work with with good rich flavour and texture. This is a very versatile chocolate good for dipping, enrobing, biscuits, pastries, mousses or decorations. It can also be used for hollow goods, molded chocolates, candy bars and tablets. Very enjoyable for everyone because its not overly bitter or sweet with a very rich finish.
